Light and Mind Wellness provides psychiatric and mental health care for children (ages 5 and older), adolescents, and adults. Our providers are experienced in working with individuals across the lifespan and tailor care to each patient’s developmental stage, clinical needs, and personal goals.
We serve patients seeking care for a wide range of mental health concerns and provide both in-person and telepsychiatry services for eligible patients located in Delaware and Maryland.
We offer age-appropriate psychiatric care for children, with careful attention to developmental needs and family involvement when appropriate. Services may include evaluation, medication management, and supportive interventions..
We provide psychiatric care for adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, or attention-related concerns, supporting both the patient and family as needed to promote stability and healthy functioning.
Our adult services focus on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy approaches tailored to each individual’s goals and life circumstances.
Care is individualized for every patient. When appropriate, we collaborate with families, therapists, schools, primary care providers, and PRP agencies to support continuity of care. Patients do not need a therapist to receive care with us and may continue working with their preferred therapist if they choose.
